Who We Are

We are a company dedicated to designing I.T Services and Games for young people, each project is led (sometimes alone) by Bobby Burton and there are no "staff" so to speak but people to jump on the bandwagon and contribute. The game "Free Roam" was the first successful online game title produced by Bobby Burton and when the funds and time run out to fund its estimated small 300-700 player userbase the project was closed. However new products sprung up, such as the educational file hosting service SchoolUpload.co.uk and as such FreeRoam.net became the identify of these products. Projects are always on the go, and right now we're looking forward to our new MMORPG being released late 2010.

What We Do

Well if you haven't picked up on it already, we design stuff. Not particularly one thing, our adventures lead us anywhere. From the PHP scripts of SchoolUpload.co.uk to Solstar Games's game engine script to Java applications. We're not afraid to learn and code in a language we've never coded in before, but we don't overestimate ourselves. We take on sizable projects. Also another key goal of FreeRoam.net is to offer its products for free. SchoolUpload is a free service and Arnaria will be free to play with a cheap membership option. We only ask for optional fees such as in Arnaria where we have to, because of large hosting fees and advertising costs.

Why We Do It

We do it because it's fun, we don't know if we can ever make enough money to make a fully fledged buisiness out of FreeRoam.net so that more time and people can be spent on obtaining truly top-of-the-line products, but we hope so. We strive to build new services for other people, particularly young people because they're the people we feel will appreciate our products most.
